| Hello all. I know, I know, this is probably going to get looked at by a grand total of four people, but I'm putting forth the effort at least one more time.
So, starting with most recent and working my way backwards: I don't know if you know this, but IT'S SUMMERTIME. No school, just trips and being lazy, working, making cashmoney, hanging out, sleeping in, everything. I have the worst SUNBURN of my life right now. ~Five hours in the sun yesterday was killer. But worth it. But killer. But...I haven't decided yet. I've got the traditional shoulders, arms, back, chest, but then I've got thighs, stomach, back of legs, feet, back of hands, collarbone, knees, BELLY BUTTON(!!). Oh well, it'll tan out. Finals Week is one of my favorite weeks of the whole school year. We swam at Godwin's, Megan's, ate out everyday, lounged around Wllz' house, slept in, went out to breakfast(s). Graduation was wonderful. I'm sure that everyone's said this, but May 20th was MY graduate's night. The entire ceremony more or less revolved around my sister, and I couldn't have been more proud of her. ESCAPEY is my favorite car in the entire better world, a hundred times better than anything else... Prom was really great, it was so much fun. Dinner at Cascata's with Will and then just driving around and wasting time, smoothies, then get to Prom around ten-ish. Then Afterprom (road-bumps) and AfterAfterProm (terrific).
We take Savannah to West Point from the 18th-29th, that should be pretty fun. My dad's flying up, and there's a chance that I'll fly back with him instead of take the scenic Northeast trip back down here...I'll keep everyone updated.
Working, hopefully, at Pelican Bay this summer. Sean should call me any day this week; he was my instructor and the manager of PBay, and I was one of the better students in the class, he's agreed to hire me once he gets my application back from the City of Edmond.
What do I compare you to? (When everything looks like you?) A window the sun shines through, Maybe the silver moon, A smile rising? The magic of the fading day, Satellites on parade, A toast to the plans we've made: To live like kings?
That's practically all. I'll be out of town some this summer, but if anyone would like to spend time, lemme know. Katie |
